Patricia Bailey
Patricia Bailey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over five years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. Patricia’s journey in behavior analysis began with providing 1:1 services, and she has since progressed to offering clinical oversight as a BCBA. Her extensive experience spans working with clients aged 2-20 years old across various settings, including home, school, community, and clinic environments. Patricia has a particular passion for teaching language acquisition skills and embraces a child-led approach when working with clients.
Patricia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. After relocating to North Carolina, she pursued a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.
A dedicated educator, Patricia is passionate about teaching and instructing others on the fundamentals of ABA. She is committed to providing strong technical foundations for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and those aspiring to become BCBAs, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success in the field... all while making it fun!
Outside of her professional life, Patricia enjoys spending time in the kitchen, cooking and baking family recipes with her husband and daughter. She also loves creating fun lattes to enjoy while reading a good book.
